Regulations for purchases in the Gaja Plus online store
The owner of the online store at sklep.balony.pl is the Gaja Plus company based in Raszyn, Al. Krakowska 36.
Before placing an order and making a purchase in the Gaja Plus online store, each customer is required to read the following regulations. By placing an order, you accept all the terms and conditions contained in the regulations.
Orders via the Internet can be placed 24 hours a day by placing the selected product in the basket, filling in the order form and clicking on the "finalizing the order" icon.
After placing an order via the Internet, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone to confirm it.
It is also possible to place an order by phone or fax on working days between 8.00 - 16.00 at the number (22) 720-20-05. The buyer is obliged to provide his personal data, address and telephone number at which it will be possible to confirm the order.
The ordered items are shipped within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order, after prior confirmation of the order by the customer.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the items are shipped within 3 working days from the date the payment is credited to our account.
The customer covers the costs of transport by Fedex courier in the amount of PLN 18 gross for each carton with a weight not exceeding 30 kg.
When collecting the parcel, the buyer is obliged to check the condition and content of the parcel in the presence of the courier or postal worker. Particular attention should be paid to any damage to the packaging of the protective tapes. After confirming receipt, complaints will not be considered.
All complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their submission.
Orders with an incorrectly completed form, which raise doubts that cannot be confirmed, and orders placed by customers who do not comply with the store's regulations, will not be processed.
In the absence of goods, the company Gaja Plus Sp. z o.o reserves the right to propose a replacement to the customer or to provide a later delivery date. The customer then has the right to cancel the order.
The products available in the online store are delivered according to the prices listed on the website. These are gross prices (including 23% VAT) but do not include delivery costs. If you are buying on a VAT invoice, please notify us at the time of ordering
. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2002 on the protection of consumer rights, we guarantee the return of the purchased goods within 10 days from the date of its receipt. For this purpose, the customer should return the goods intact, in the original packaging together with the invoice received, to the following address: Gaja Plus Sp. z o.o. Al. We will return the money by bank transfer or postal order. The cost of delivery and returning the goods is not refundable. In accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act" of August 29, 1997, we are committed to protecting your personal data.Pursuant to this Act, you have the right to inspect your data, to correct it or request its removal from our database.
For one-off orders worth at least PLN 200, the shipping costs are borne by the Gaja Plus Sp. z o.o. In matters not covered by these regulations, the current provisions of the Civil Code and relevant laws shall apply.
